Refermentation of Valpolicella on the Amarone grape skins enriches the wine with structure, depth and complexity, while preserving the elegance and freshness typical of Valpolicella. Ageing in barriques and large oak barrels completes its evolution, bringing balance and harmony.

On the nose, ripe cherry, sour cherry and red berry notes emerge, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. The palate is smooth, enveloping and persistent, with a pleasant balance of fruit, structure and freshness.

Ideal with flavourful pasta dishes, roasted and grilled meats, braised meats and aged cheeses.
