Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Valpolicella: the 2026 Harvest
A vintage of outstanding quality, shaped by a long family tradition and olive groves that have stood for generations.

The 2026 olive harvest has begun at Villa Crine and the first batches of olive oil are showing excellent results. Despite a summer marked by high temperatures and prolonged drought, the olives reached maturity in excellent condition, producing extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality.
Olive cultivation has been part of the agricultural tradition of Valpolicella and the nearby hills of Lake Garda for centuries. The climate and landscape of these areas have long provided favourable conditions for growing olive trees.
At Villa Crine, our historic olive trees are an important part of our production. Many are centuries old, while even the youngest trees have been growing for several decades. Thanks to their well-established root systems and their ability to adapt over time, these trees represent a valuable agricultural heritage, carefully preserved by our family for generations.
The quality of our olive oil comes from the care of our groves, the careful choice of harvesting time and the processing of the olives. Cold extraction helps preserve the fruit's natural aromas and organoleptic characteristics.
The first batches of the 2026 harvest have confirmed our positive expectations, producing extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality, a result that brings great satisfaction to our family.
